Предлагаемое решение проблемы – рециклинг в ротационных наклоняющихся печах (РНП) с получением высококачественных шихтовых материалов (шихтовых слитков) или литейных сплавов непосредственно на предприятиях, где эти отходы образуются. Представлены результаты опытно-экспериментальных плавок серого чугуна в индукционной тигельной печи с заменой традиционных шихтовых материалов на чушку, полученную из стружки, окалины, шлама и т.п. в РНП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the problem of processing dispersed metal wastes, generated at machine-building enterprises. The proposed solution of the problem is recycling in rotary tilting furnaces (RTF) with the production of high-quality charge materials (charge ingots) or foundry alloys directly at the enterprises where these wastes are formed.
