Мотивация на предприятии связана, прежде всего, с умелым сочетанием методов управления, формированием наиболее действенного стиля руководства. Она реализуется в процессе и формах найма, условиях контракта, системе оплаты и стимулирования труда, повышении квалификации и является фундаментом любой организации, во многом определяющим ее конкурентоспособность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Motivation is based on the principle of providing employees with opportunities to realize personal goals through a conscientious attitude to work. Motivation at the enterprise is connected, first of all, with a skillful combination of management methods, formation of the most effective management style.
