Приведены различные факторы, влияющие на переработку металлокорда, и действия, предпринимаемые изготовителем для ее улучшения. Затронуты важнейшие проблемы, возникающие при проектировании новых конструкций металлокорда, и способы их решения. Рассмотрены основные этапы проектирования новых конструкций металлокорда. Описана роль многофункциональной команды для оперативного решения возникающих проблем и сокращения сроков проектирования. Сделан акцент на важности предоставления заказчиком полной информации на проектируемую конструкцию, в том числе касающейся области ее применения. Затронута тема применения методики DFMEA как возможного инструмента решения проблемы недостатка входных данных при проектировании.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines the priority requirements for bead wire as a key component of tires. It outlines various factors affecting the processing of bead wire and the actions taken by manufacturers to improve it. The most critical challenges encountered in designing new bead wire constructions are highlighted, along with possible solutions. The main stages of developing new bead wire designs are reviewed. The important role of a multifunctional team in promptly resolving emerging issues and reducing design timelines is described. Emphasis is placed on the importance of customers providing complete information about the intended design, including its area of application.
