Усовершенствованы конструкция узла кристаллизации, включающая в себя обогреваемый металлоприемник и водоохлаждаемый кристаллизатор, разделительное устройство, препятствующее поступлению горячего расплава металлоприемника в верхнюю область кристаллизатора в момент вытяжки отливки, затравочное устройство, позволяющее автоматизировать отделение отливки от затравки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A special-purpose horizontal continuous cast iron casting line LNLCh-5 has been developed. Its distinctive features include near-complete automation of the casting process and the capability for rapid changeover of the line components and assemblies to produce billets of other size ranges. The solidification unit design was improved, including a heated metal receiver (tundish) and a water-cooled mold (crystallizer), as well as a separation device that prevents hot melt from the metal receiver from entering the upper region of the crystallizer during casting withdrawal.
