Для оценки резервов повышения эффективности процесса получения литой детали подробно рассмотрены все переделы и отдельные операции в их рамках с точки зрения энергопотребления как наиболее затратной статьи при производстве отливок.</p><p>Предложены варианты снижения расходов при производстве отливок. Рассмотрены различные технологии и оборудование для получения отливок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Process of the cast part production can be generally presented as a number of technological limitations (metallurgical, foundry, finishing), subdivided into separate operations, carrying out of which is connected with certain expenses, first of all expenses of energy, materials, labor, etc.</p><p>For assessment of reserves of increase of the cast part production process efficiency all limitations and separate operations in their framework are considered in detail from the point of view of power consumption, as the most expensive item at castings production.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Rohdin P., Moshfegh B.
