ON NEW MATHEMATICAL METHODS OF ANALYSIS OF THE PEARLITIC STEELS EUTECTOID COLONIES MICROSTRUCTURE

Abstract

Algorithms for mathematical description of microstructures of pearlitic steels is offered. It is shown that mathematical models of microstructures, built using frequency distribution of the eutectoid pearlitic steel colonies, allow to evaluate the degree of microstructure heterogeneity by inter-plate distances.
