RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE OF FRONT TENSION AT ROLLING OF PERIODIC PROFILE IN NON-DRIVE ROLLERS

Abstract

Influence of a forward tension is theoretically investigated at a rolling of the periodic profiles used as elastic elements of spring suspension brackets. The power balance of rolling process with a tension is analyzed. Dependences for definition of a critical corner and size of its increment are received at a rolling with a forward tension.
