RECEIVING HOLLOW BILLETS OF 150 MM DIAMETER SILUMINS FREEZING ON A WATER-COOLED STEEL ROD
Abstract
Possibility of manufacturing hollow billets of 150 mm in diameter produced out of silumins by the method of freezing-up on steel water-cooled core was proven. effect of thermal parameters of the casting process on structure of billets was studied.
