Abstract
Porosity has a negative effect on the properties of castings made of aluminum casting alloys such as silumins. The influence of technological modes of preparation of the AK7сh alloy on porosity and microstructure in castings was studied in this work. It has been revealed that short-term overheating reduces porosity, increasing mechanical properties compared to the refinedmodified version, and grinds grain more efficiently.
