Bimetal coatings received wia magnetic‑electric hardening

Abstract
New coatings characterized by layer segregation or two-layer construction were obtained using magnetic-electric hardening using mixtures of diffusion-alloyed iron-based powders and sieved Ni70Cr18SiB4 alloy chips. Their structure and properties were studied. Such coatings are suitable for use on parts operating in aggressive environments that have special surface requirements (for example, high corrosion resistance).
