ALLOYING OF CUPOLA IRON WITH CAST IRON DUE TO APPLICATION OF USED COPPER-MAGNESIUM CATALYSTS

Abstract

Alloying process of cupola iron by means of input into charge structure of briquettes of the worked-out coppermagnesium catalysts is investigated. This technology allows to carry out recycling of expensive metals, such as copper, and to raise strength properties of cast iron melted in a cupola.
