The article is dedicated to the matters of improvement of special characteristics such as hightemperature strength, corrosion resistance, thermalphysic indices of alloys on the basis of aluminium by means of alloying them by elements of transition group. Influence of concentrations of elements in addition alloy, speed of its cooling, methods of introduction, portions of alloys introduction, content of applied fluxes and other factors on the structure and characteristics at production of heterogeneous aluminium alloys with the purpose of ensuring of high exploitation characteristics of castings is examined.
The new resource-saving methods of synthesis of aluminium alloys with usage of alumomatrix compositions ligatures are given.
The methods of production of foundry composition materials on the basis of aluminium alloys are described and new classification of technologies of their production is offered. The theoretical analysis of conditions of penetration of filling dispersion particles, which are moistened by aluminium melt, is carried out.
Application of the method of mathematical planning of experiments enabled to receive dependences of mechanical characteristics of alloy AK9 in cast state, grade of porosity by the scale VIAM and quantity of escaping dust at flux processing on composition of fining flux metal. The composition of fining flux metal, providing minimum dust discharge and way of assessment of degree of discharge harmfulness by the amount of ecological tax is offered.
The influence of parameters of the technological process on proportion of Al and Ni in nickel concentrate, received on the basis of used catalyst with low content of nickel is studied.
The experimental investigation of graphitization of preliminary deformed mottled iron is given and the development of valuation system for analysis of graphitization acceleration mechanism is given.
Metallurgy
It is shown that the received integral indices of competitiveness testify to the fact that production is on the high level of competitiveness on world markets of sales and is approximately on one position with the best goods-analogues.
The quality of output production has increased in the result of new arrangement of finishing train of block construction of rod mill of RUP «BMZ». Additional using in rolled line of reducing-sizing block at production of high- carbon rolled wire enabled to reduce the dispersion of mechanical characteristics, to decrease the depth of decarburized layer.
The carried out numerical experiments subject to initial and boundary conditions indicate that mathematical model of elastic-plastic characteristics of steel 90 can be used for numerical calculations of wire drawing routes for this grade of steel.
The aim of this article is determination of possibility of forming of metal cord lot of construction 2xd without daily equalizing (till the relaxation process ending) subject to changing of residual twisting.
Automation system of control of the technological equipment repair on basis of ASP. NET and SAP R/3 is examined. It is shown that technical service and repair of equipment with the help of the system SAPR/3 enables to provide continuously unplanned repairs with material resources.
The main approaches of purchase planning automation on the basis of the system SAP R/3 with regard to working conditions at RUP “BMZ” are examined.
The results of investigation of chemical descaling at different temperatures of coil formation both for low- and high-carbon rolled wire are given.
It is shown that putting into operation of complex of intergovernmental standards GOST 8.586(1-5)-2005 regulating application of measuring complexes on the basis of restriction, enables to improve precision of measurements of consumption and quantities of liquids and gases.
RUP «BMZ» carries out local monitoring of discharge of contaminant in atmosphere. The aim of local monitoring of environment is study and forecast of change of controlled variables of discharge from the sources of pollution, situated on the territory of the region.
Industrial testing of regenerated lubricant in the process of wire drawing showed satisfactory quality (absence of gloss). It is determined that consumption of regenerated lubricant does not differ from consumption of new lubricant. Regenerated lubricant corresponds to the requirements of normative documents.

Mechanical engineering (Macine-Building?)
The regularities of high-resistant coverings forming in surface zone of instrumental steel and hard-alloy insertions for cutting instrument at two-stage method of their production are studied. The prospect of application of the developed method for resistance increase of elements of mining and smelting equipment and internal combustion engine is determined.

The is information on qualitative indices of new equipment for production of longitudinal tubes in the article. Analysis of economical grounds of its implementation and the received economical effect on energy conservation is given.
Science of materials
It is shown that using of the modern materials and production technologies enables to receive light-wall electric-welded pipes of different categories of drawing out (by analogy with categories of sheet iron drawing out).
It is shown that cover case of automobile cage, produced by means of crimp seal of steel seamless pipe billet, is the most preferable by its manufacturability and high cyclic endurance of ready article.
Investigations of morphology of surface deterioration of sintered powders with covering are reflected. It is shown that formation of structure and characteristics of composite material is determined considerably by state of the surface and structure of particles covering.
The problem of detection of maximal content of reacting substances in burden, undergoing processing in mechanoreactor, providing safety of realization of the reaction mechanical alloying, is solved on the basis of the modern conceptions on mechanism of self-distributing high-temperature synthesis with using method of thermodynamic modeling.
Mechanisms of formation of structure of phase composition and characteristics of dispersion strengthened granulated compositions on the basis of copper produced by method of reactionary mechanical alloying are determined.
The perspectives of development of thermal treatment of α + β-titanium alloys are examined.
