It is shown that the maximum cooling ability of the flooded stream with diameter of 3,5 mm at input pressure of the cooler 0,1–0, 25 µPa is reached at distance between the stream nozzle and the cooled surface, equal 8 mm.
It is determined that thermal and hydrodynamic parameters of casting by silvering on water-cooled bar influence considerably on castings characteristics.
It is determined experimentally that the way of casting in jet crystallizer enables to receive bimetallic castings «steelantifriction silumin».

Recommendations on increase of qualitative indicators of castings «Sleeve» are given. It is shown that for modifying of melt it is offered to use just modifier MK95 in quantity of 4–6 kg per 1 ton of liquid metal.
The influence of disulphide molybdenum additives on antifriction characteristics of powder high-speed steel produced by means of hot hydrostatic pressing is investigated. It is shown that disulphide molybdenum additives promote the decrease of coefficient of friction and temperature in hearth of friction as a result the increase of wear resistance of steel.

Different reactions of interaction of such modifiers as sodium, strontium, sulfur, phosphorus and rare-earth elements with components, impurity of aluminum alloys and between each other, are investigated.
Research of technical parameters of chill molds for production of pistons castings is carried out. It is established that the most optimal thickness of covering on a working surface of chill mold is 0,2–0,5 mm.
Peculiarities of technology of the casting «Piston» production for high-loaded diesel engines are considered.
The possibility of production of hollow billets with diameter 35 mm of silumin AK18 by means of silvering on water-cooled bar is shown.
Metallurgy
It is shown that devices of electromagnetic mixing in crystallizer produced by AHK «VNIIMETMASH» – ZAO «ETM» in comparison with foreign analogs enable to save current consumption to 6 million kilowatt/hour annually.
The theme of improvement of quality of the steel 80 intended for metal cord production, after reconstruction of machine of slugs continuous casting in the conditions of RUP «BMZ» is elucidated.
It is shown that as a result of introduction in flow of the mill 150 of RUP «BMZ» of new configuration of finishing train of block construction with system of interblock control of semi-finished rolled products temperature the qualitative characteristics output production have been improved.
It is established that during operating time in the working channel of die along with uniform scuffing the stable wear occurs as a result of welding of metal particles to die material, what leads to formation of separate micropockets.

Influence of centrifugal overload on distribution of refractory strengthening particles in volume of melt is studied, structures of initial burden and methods of centrifugal casting of samples from materials on the basis of iron with high wear resistance and gradient distribution of particles of carbides and borides are developed.
The results of experimental research of optimal modes of Plastic Forming coaxial layered metal blanks of the helical rolling of mill with a triple roll at the ends of pressurization of the package. Shown that the frontal surfaces of back pressure ensures the rational use of the base layer bimetal and improving the quality of the connection layer blanks at the expense of creating the conditions to the accumulation of compression strain in the weld zone.
Computer-aided design
The interrelation between microstructure characteristics, defined on the basis of its computer image and properties of industrial facilities, produced at RUP «BMZ» is investigated.
The methods and algorithms of processing of images of the microstructures images, allowing on quantitative level to range microstructures of one type of steels, are developed in the present work.
The program «Laboratory researches» in laboratory of physical and chemical testing on the bay of tube-rolling shop is given.
In the report perspective methods of diagnostics of surface layers state of products after various technological processes (a face hardening by means of induction or after cementation, coating) are viewed. The testing is carried out to geometrical attributes (thickness of a layer) and presence of flaws. The offered methods of measuring allow making the test in a work cycle of products manufacture.
Possibilities of modern plasma spectrometers and prospect of their use in metallurgical production are shown.
The results of modern investigations and developments by magnetic control of articles structures by means of “point pole” are given.
The technical diagnostics of the equipment of metallurgical shops, prospects of their development at RUP «BMZ» are considered.
Recycling of secondary materials
The calculations show that metal produced by method of recycling in rotary furnaces will cost 150-170 USD per ton. It enables to make conclusion on opportunity of new process especially taking into account its economical significance.
Heat recovery is an effective method of shortening specific energy consumption. New constructions of recuperators for heating and cupola furnaces have been designed and successfully introduced. Two-stage recuperator with computer control providing blast heating up to 600 °C and reducing fuel consumption by 30% is of special interest.
The perspective technological process of metallthermal processing of aluminium alloys chips, scale and burden additive is developed.
The principle technological possibility of aluminothermic processing of waste slag of copper-smelting production is determined.
It is shown that application of the new combined flux metal will allow to improve ecological conditions in casthouse, with use of waste of the used agglutinant sand will give the possibility to carry out the reclaiming of the soils.
Technological operations of mechanical squeezing of water-based final tailings from lubricoolants, washing of metal-abrasive final tailings on oil lubricoolants and their magnetic separation are offered and investigated. Advantages of technology washing and magnetic separation of final tailings are ecological cleanliness of the process, high degree of clearing of metal powder and qualitative division of mixture component.
Influence of technology factors on efficiency of processes of dehydration and deoiling of metal chips is investigated. The new universal simple method of definition of coefficients of filtration and free infiltration of liquid in porous medium is offered.
Protection of labour
Estimation of the noise influence on the workers in foundry is given. The results of investigations of noise levels of used foundry equipment are given.
Estimation of vibration influence of the workers in foundry is given. The results of investigation of vibration levels of the used foundry equipment and tool instrument are given.
Estimation of working conditions influence on total morbidity of the workers in foundry is given. The results of analysis of morbidity of the workers in casting houses with different production types are given.

It is shown that calculation of production at RUP «BMZ» with application of modern technologies will enable to give more attention to its production and sale.
It is shown that formation of the planned cost price of finished goods of steel production of RUP«BMZ»by mean of the module of controlling system SAPR/3 – one of the most effective administrative tools at the current stage of market relations.
