Alloying process of cupola iron by means of input into charge structure of briquettes of the worked-out coppermagnesium catalysts is investigated. This technology allows to carry out recycling of expensive metals, such as copper, and to raise strength properties of cast iron melted in a cupola.
The work is devoted to actual theme of alloy solidifi – investigation of infl of overlapping of thermal and concentration fi of neighboring crystals to forming of non- dendrite structures. Experimental research of microstructure of Al-Si alloy for wide range of silicon concentration is conducted, and corresponding numerical simulation develop too. The conclusion about different schemes of forming of rosette structures is adopted.

Modern approaches at designing and building of metallurgical lines of factories of last generation are considered.
Short results of the researches, carried out in the conditions of OAO «Moldavian metallurgical works» for recent 25 years and allowed to develop scientifically grounded technological decisions on increase of qualitative characteristics of rolled wire of wide branded grade, are given.
It is shown that the offered technology of heating with creation of «temperature wedge» has a positive effect on the rolling technology as a whole and on the finished goods quality improvement.
The comparative analysis of regularities of phasestructural transformations at high-temperature thermal processing in complex doped alloy of a transitive class of system Fe-Mn-Cr-Ti-V-C is given.
It is shown that at twisting of wire of diameter 1,83 mm, produced by direct wire drawing of thermomechanically processed rolled wire of diameter 5,5 mm of steel 90, metal stratification is completely eliminated at decrease of carbon, manganese and an additional alloying of chrome.
