Metallurgy
The perspectives of raw-materials supply of metallurgy of Belarus are disclosed. It is shown that it is necessary to study the problems of development of own raw base for further reforming and development of metallurgical complex of the country.
The development of rolled production on silk-sort rolling mil 320 RUP «BMZ» in 2009 is shown.
Using of gun mixtures for prolonged pouring allowed to increase durability of cindery belts on pouring boxes, however it is necessary to continue matching of refractory bodies, providing long and qualitative pouring.
The choice of some of the most effective technical decisions is made on the basis of analysis of mathematical modeling results and new methods of improvement of continuous pouring technology and construction of MNLZ are offered.
The available experimental data are generalized with the purpose of determination of relation between speed of dendrite crystals growth and size of diffusion overcooling for different grades of steel.
It is shown that using of modern methods and means of technical diagnostics will allow to provide reliable accident-free exploitation of equipment, to decrease considerably labour-intensiveness, period of repair and accordingly production expenses.
Investigation by numerical modeling of influence of the form of deforming zone of die at drawing of steel highcarbon wire on temperature and strained-deformed state in wire and die is carried out.
It is shown that using of static thyristor compensation systems improves efficiency, decreases consumption of power and electrodes, but increases the cost of furnaces of alternating current.
The investigations of influence of intrastove furnace atmosphere on contents of outgoing gases contents are carried out. It is shown that at increase of CO in intrastove atmosphere the concentration of oxides is decreased, though for some aggregates it exceeds the defined norms of PDV.
Economical efficiency of application of recuperative burners as compared to the modern traditional burners together with central recuperator and its system of control and automatic is shown.
The application of the systems of dynamic soft squeezing on machines of continuous casting is justified as the way of solving of the microstructure quality problem.

Two main directions of production of hot-rolled plate: foundry-rolled and schema «ore-semiproduct-rolled metal» are examined.
More that 30ty – years experience of the authors in the field of complex investigations of heating processing of metal in methodical pusher furnaces, carried out in conditions of major metallurgical enterprises of CIS, is summarized.
It is shown that at carrying out of multi-variant calculations the possibility to achieve uniformity of convection heating by means of variation of constructive parameters of working furnace chamber including burners location, and in such a way to intensify the heating of metal.
The values of technological parameters of the production process and characteristics of rolled production, produced at mill 850, are established and allow to determine the state of hot-rolled rounds.
It is shown that automation of some functions of control department allows to record defects, reclamations and failures of technology, to make the necessary reporting forms and quality certificates for production.

It is shown that introduction of standard ISO 7500-12008 at RUP «BMZ» allowed to meet the requirements of auditors and production consumers to the test equipment, and consequently to the quality of measurable parameters.
Analysis of regimes of electro-consumption at RUP «BMZ» is carried out. It is shown that in conditions of rapid growth of prices for electric power one of the conditions of reduction of production expenses is to be the increase of efficiency of the electro-consumption regimes control.
The methods of appraisal of technical state of rotor equipment by vibration, applied at RUP «BMZ» for diagnostics of the basic and auxiliary equipment of the mills are examined.
Experience of introduction of the control system by labour protection at RUP «BMZ» in accordance with international standard OHSAS 18001 and State standard STB 18001 is described.
The are examined the problems of development and mastery of hydrometallurgical technologies for processing of withdrawals containing metal for the purpose of the cult-ailment of their further accumulation and averting of environmental pollution.
CAD foundry
Interconnection between the parameters of the rolled wire production technology and characteristics of its microstructure is shown. The correlation interconnections between the characteristics of the rolled wire microstructure, calculated by method of image processing, and technology of its receipt in conditions of RUP «BMZ» are determined.
Analysis of interconnection between characteristics of rolled wire and deformational characteristics of produced of it wire in conditions of RUP «BMZ» is investigated. It is shown that the higher degree of wire delamination the lower characteristics of curling.
The neuronet algorithm and software «ProNeuroLit» are developed for choice of prototypes of gating systems on the basis of database of analogues. The different regimes of operation of «proneurolit» by choice of gating systems are shown.
It is shown that using of module «System of projects» of the system SAPR13 on RUP «BMZ» allowed to plan more efficiently material resources, to control financial resources and materials movement at execution of building projects.
Foundry
The results of using of antipenetration coatings of Belorussian production for improvement of the castings quality of iron-carbon alloys are given.
Analysis of technological process of pouring into coated iron chill is presented. It is shown that the process is very sensitive to the change of technological parameters, is rather complex in regulation and control.
The efficiency of the method of late intra-form graphitizing modifying of composition of modifiers Superseed 75, SB5 and фс65р3М1 as compared to ladle modification for disposal of such foundry defect as corner chill is shown.
The special attention in this article is dedicated to increase of complex of cast iron physical and chemical characteristics and quality of produced articles with the help of thermoplastic influence.
The contents and technology of production of quickchilled complex modifier on the basis of aluminium with additives of active components, which found wide application as graphitizing additive for cast iron, are developed.
The present article is dedicated to the problem connected with investigations by means of thermal analysis of silumins. Some experimental and calculation data on growth of hard phase in silumins is presented.
Some peculiarities of technology and organization of recycling of aluminium and its alloys are examined. Analysis of peculiarities of the melting technology in rotor furnace and organization of aluminium and its alloys recycling shows that modern production provides high efficiency of the process, ensuring high quality of alloys.
On the basis of analysis of scientific publication it is shown that hydrogen can influence directly on the alloys structure forming at hardening of castings.
The new approach for technology of volumetric – superficial hardening of gear details of the back axle made of steel lowered harden ability is offered. This approach consisting in formation of intense – hardened condition on all surface of a detail.
Analysis of state of matters and perspectives of the induction thermal processing development at industrial enterprises of the Republic of Belarus is carried out.
It is shown that processes of unprepared recycled material melting and of refining processing make ecological danger. That is why one of the variants of ecological safety of refining processes is development and application of more low-toxic preparation and refining alloys.
The essence of new method of casting is stated, nomenclature and characteristics of the articles, produced by this method, are given. The organization of industrial production is described. The advantages and efficiency of new technology of slugs production are shown.
The received results testify that introduction into composition complex of modifiier of carbide-forming and surfactant elements promotes increasing of its efficiency on macroand microstructure of steel.
The peculiarities of annealed cast iron modifying by bismuth-molybdenic catalyst are shown.
Solubility of liquid magnesium in cast irons is calculated and its significance at steam pressure of magnesium equal 1 atm is determined.
Science of materials
The aim of the present article is investigation of chemical composition and slags characteristics for development of technological processes of their treatment
The mathematical model of the process of diffusion silvering of reinforcing layer on steel articles, reflecting interference of main technological parameters of the process is developed. Algorithm of solving of Stefan problem at not specified initially temperature of contact of billet and crystallized melt is offered.
It is shown that annealing at 860 ºс increases the size of elements of primary a-phase of alloy BT23, at 950 ºс results in small increase of sizes of b-grains and a-fringe and partial changing of intragrained structure of alloy BT23.
The results of works about optimization and increase of construction durability of different details and intermediate products of bearings constructions of mobile machines, in particular freight and passenger technique at «MAZ» plant are presented.
The possibility of determination of oxygen concentration in cast copper in program «IMAGE SP» is considered. It is shown the satisfactory compliance with results, received under state standard specification 13938.13-93. The advantages of computer methods of analysis are demonstrated.

The marketing strategy of RUP «BMZ» in the period of worldwide financial-economic crisis is disclosed. It is shown that it is aimed at the maximum increase of export in all directions.
It is shown that improvement of the mechanism of forming and using of financial resources of enterprise in modern conditions allows to improve the quality of control, to reduce priority position of producer and exporter of metal production in the Republic of Belarus.
Analysis of economical indices of RUP «BMZ» is given.
