It is shown that introduction of rotary tilting furnaces can be a basis for considerable resources saving, lowering of power inputs, reduction of products cost for Byelorussian machine-building enterprises.
The influence of surface-active component of complex modifier on structure of low-carbon steel is shown. It is determined that the complex modifier, containing carbideforming and surface-active components, influences more effectively on macro- and microstructure of low-carbon steel.
There is a demand for new materials with improved mechanical and service properties. Non-equilibrium solidification is one of the promising methods to produce materials with high properties for different application. In the present paper some types of the realization of non-equilibrium solidification are considered depending on application and materials.
It is shown that graphitized steels in some cases due to its intermediate disposition by structure and characteristics among low-carbon steels and cast irons, can provide the necessary combination of characteristics of construction material and consequently to increase safety and durability of details of metallurgical and machinebuilding industry machines.
It is determined that graphitized steels are perspective construction material, the breakage resistance and mechanical characteristics of which are determined to a considerable degree by form of graphitic impurities.

The aim of the work is development of new compositions of aluminium alloys with refractory metals of transition group and cremnium due to range extension of alloying at usage of high speed of melts cooling.
The way of alloying of sleeve cast iron with copper is offered. This technology will enable not only to stabilize of qualitative characteristics of cast slugs, but to reduce the expenses for alloying due to using of secondary materials as well.
It is shown that the received complex of mechanical and technological characteristics of alloy AK9 after processing of melt with investigated fluxes and preparations can be recommer ded for use in plant conditions that will enable the increase of ecological safety of color-founding production.
The results of investigations of consumer characteristics of separation coverings mainly used at the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus for moulds of aluminium alloys die casting are given in the articles.
The methods of experiments on determination of gascreating ability of different separating coverings for the moulds of aluminium alloys die casting are given and described in the article, and the results of investigation are given as well.
It is shown that modification of steel with bariumstrontium carbonates promotes grinding of carbide impurities and decrease of their quantity in cast condition.
The mechanism of silumins structure formation on the basis of data of thermal, metallographic, microentgenospectral analysis is discussed.
The theoretical conclusion is that crucial role in structure formation of eutectic belongs to Si-phase.
The regularities of phase conversions in metal-oxide compositions on the basis of aluminium and silicon oxide with the purpose of silumins synthesis by means of direct restoration of aluminium silicon are studied.

An assessment of the influence of ultrasonic vibrations on the structure and operating characteristics of the elastic elements of the suspension of vehicles.
The way of forming of variable shape strips with rolling in non-drive waves with rounding by the movable arbor strip is analyzed. The way of rolling with derivation of speeds of deforming instruments is offered.
The comparative analysis of influence of technological procedures of vacuum sintering and electrocontact heating in protective atmosphere on microstructure and solidity of porous materials of pure titanium powders is given.
The technical characteristics, functional and structural schemas of the system of powder electrocontact welding adaptive control are given.
The technological characteristics of installation of selective laser sintering are given. It is shown that the results of selective sintering are the coverings with penetrable porous structure.
It is shown that as a result of hot extrusion of bimetalic ingot consisting of steels P6M5 (working, cutting part) and 40X (tail), texture is formed in these steels though profile die due to drawing of grains along the deforming direction. It is discovered that in the central part of ingot (steel 40X) there is formed fine-grained homogenous structure, which enables increase of solidity of bimetallic tap against bend.

The phase composition of aluminothermic borating blends is established using thermodynamic modeling, and also substances, which are the sources of boron atom at subsequent chemicalthermal processing of synthesized environments are sources of boron atoms, are determined.
The process of modifying of cast iron by diffusingalloyed steel wire is studied. The peculiarities of structure formation of diffused layer at thermal-cyclic treatment of wire are established.
The peculiarities of forming of constructional steels with the purpose of energy saving at thermal processing are investigated.

The basic results of solving of problems of melting, hardening and heating of metal with regard to the modern metallurgical production at the example of RUP «BMZ» are given.
The solving of problem of structural identification of the mathematical model of heat exchange in chamber reheating furnace is presented.
It is shown that the given experience data indicate the fact that readings of temperatures, fixed with thermopairs in different places of working range, can differ considerably. It makes the calculation methods of metal heating not really usable.

It is shown that putting into operation of the standard STB 1704-2006 will enable to provide building sector with fittings of domestic production cheaper as compared to imported fittings.
The mathematical model of multidimensional regressive analysis is presented. Its practical application for rolling production is treated.

The ways of minimization of plate rolling plants on production of hot-rolled plates are considered.
The main criteria of necessity of the enlarged production scheduling carrying out are considered. The methods of problems solving at scheduling for production process are given.
It is shown that implemented technology at RUP “BMZ” of reinforcing steel of grade BSt500S under requirements of German standard DIN 488 ensured achievement of necessary level of mechanical characteristics.

The comparative characteristics of crystallizer mechanisms with electrohydraulic and electromechanical drives are given. The main requirements to the drives used in the system of crystallizer swinging in composition of continuous casting machine are enumerated.
Investigation of heterogeneity of chemical lcomposition in cast and rapid-quenched alloys of system Cu-Zn-Ni-FeP-Pb-Sn is carried out
Investigation of grained structure of rapid-quenched stripes and cast alloy of system Cu-Zn-Ni-Fe-P-Pb-Sn is carried out.
The results of investigation of the way and device for measuring with nondestructive method of hardened case thickness are described. The data of measurements do not depend on the steel grade.
Physico-mechanical characteristics of metal processing slunge of different productions are studied. It is shown that the value of sludge real density depends on abrasive content.
