Model of precipitation kinetics of copper and manganese sulfides in ultra low-carbon and interstitial free steels was created on the basis of classical nucleation and growth theory. The model includes homogeneous and heterogeneous schemes for independent nucleation of manganese and copper sulfides and simultaneous growth/shrinkage of inclusions.
It is determined that third harmonic constituent of signal of superimposed electromagnetic transducer is less than coercively sensitive parameters is subjected to influence of proportion of pear lit e and ferrite in metal die of high-duty and grey cast irons.
The peculiarities of powder-gas formation at refining of aluminium alloys with chlorine-containing combinations are considered.
Thermodynamic analysis of the processes of hydrogen bubbles formation on the crystallizing phases and Al2O3 formation at hardening of silumins is given. It is shown that the most efficient centers of creation and growth of hydrogen bubbles are more plain surfaces of crystals of α- and β-phase.
It is shown that the basis of the theory of alloys modification is refinement of nano-crystals surfaces and growing crystallizing centers of the phases from blocking surface-active elements and molecular hydrogen.
The article describes the equipment and technique for carrying out fatigue testing of secondary foundry aluminum alloy. The results of this testing have shown that perfection of the smelting technology can greatly influence the increase of characteristics of examined alloys fatigue. The positive effect of thermo-cyclic treatment on fatigue characteristics is also possible.
The technology of processing of copper-bearing dead catalysts, which includes leaching and deposition of copper by means of electrolysis and also their application in composition of the mixture for alloy doping is offered.
The models and structures of informational transformation of characteristics of the surface heterogeneity of the geometric bodies elements in casting and metallurgy are examined.
Computer-aided design of foundry production
The neuronet algorithms, allowing to estimate the degree of similarity of two castings by space distribution of material, are offered. The possibility of application of the developed algorithms for solving of problem of primary choice of the casting gating system on the stage of projecting is shown.
The mathematical apparatus and algorithms for processing of the ingot macrostructure image, which allow to estimate quantitatively the ingot defects, are presented.

The results of development of the melts crystallization theory with regard for inoculators influence on structure forming of ingots and metal blocks are given.
It is determined that in the process of soaking at subcritical temperature 680 °C in hot-rolled rolling of low-carbon steel 08 ps recrystallization is developed with heterogeneous fu ll repeat change of the steel ferrite change by its section.
Influence of structure of beynit is explored on mechanical properties after thermal treatment of wire from the steel 80. The structural state of beynit, providing the high complex of mechanical properties of high-carbon wire, is definite.
The quality of the hot-rolled round rolling of steel of grade 42CrMoS4, not subjected to antiflake processing in well of slow cooling of mill 850 RUP «BMZ» is studied.
The appraisal of character of the temperature fields distribution in dies at their interactions in the processes of wire drawing in dependence on contact friction in conditions of the system wire-die is given.
It is shown that for increase of fracture strength and wear resistance of die blocks it is necessary to implement new types of hard alloy with increased crack growth- and wear resistance.

The technology of chilling and drawing of metal allows to decrease the consumption of fuel by 10-15% and to improve the quality of the heated articles as well.
