Metallurgy
Investigations and developments in the field of creation of equipment and technologies of foundry-metallurgical production are given.
The results on investigations on the problems of metal cord production are given. The matters connected with generation of single-phase corrosion-resistant brass covering, breakages at laying and plasticity after low-temperature processing are considered.
The current state is analyzed and perspectives of modernization of machine of the slugs continuous casting at Belorussian metallurgical works are given.
The development of steel plant No 1 of RUP «BMZ» in dynamics of 25 years is shown.
The nonmetallics in the samples of 10 meltings of steel of grade 80 and 42Cr4Mo2 before and after vacuumization are investigated.
Influence of technological bridges in pouring box on allocation of nonmetallics by size is investigated in industrial conditions.
It is shown that production of metal cord for big- and superbig-size tires is fully mastered, that allows to get out to the new metal production markets.

The different methods at determination of tensile strength and cross-sectional area of flat wire are analyzed. Such technological parameters as drawing-out and widening at upset spreading are examined.
The working of patenting-brassing unit No 6 StPTs-2 is examined. It is shown that optimization of temperaturetime mode of furnace of patenting allowed to increase the parameter of unit from DV76 till DV96.
The change of microstructure, quantity, character of bainite allocation at lowering of the lead melt temperature is revealed as a result of investigations of microstructure of the samples of steel 80K after isothermal breakdown of austenite in temperature range 610–400 °C.
The methods of statistical control by alternative and quantitative attribute are described. Analysis of level of production faultiness AQL and index of conformance Pp, PpK is carried out.
It is shown that introduction of statistical method of control will allow to reduce efforts for production, delivery of the samples to the laboratory of mechanical testing, and to reduce the expenses as well.
