Foundry
The production of castings of iron-carbon alloys is analyzed. It is shown that production of compound, thin walled and light weight constructions is being increased.
All the limits and items of the process of moulded piece production for appraisal of reserves of economical efficiency securing from the point of view of resource saving are considered.
As a result of carried out analysis of processes of aluminium alloys casting and refining in reverberating furnaces it is determined that searching source of harmful emissions are the refining processes.
Computer-aided design of foundry production
The methods of computer analysis, based on binarization of image for calculation of inter-plate distance in eutectic colonies of pearlite steel are offered. Algorithms for determination of function of inter-plate distance, that allows to increase informativeness of microstructure investigations and level of automation in determination of inter-plate distance, are developed.
The schema of development and technological process of castings production under supercomputer SKIF, which al lows to decrease the periods of gating systems projecting, is offered. The model for appraisal of the variants of the castings production technology, which allows to range the modeled technological processes and to choose the optimal regimes and gating system, is developed.
The mathematical model for calculations of nonmetallic impurities guidepath in system “steel ladle-pony ladle-crystallizer” is developed. Guidepathes of nonmetallic particles of different density, moving from steel ladle into crystallizer, are investigated on the sample of internal cavity of pony ladle of MNLZ RUP “BMZ”.
The mathematical models, based on terms of balance or calculation of deformations in details of automobile technique, are offered. The models are realized in soft ware “ProMeH”.
The ways of overcoming of lack of source information, The ways of overcoming of lack of source information, allowing to reduce energy of primary X-radiation, necessary for radiography and to provide high quality of reconstruction, are offered.
Metallurgy
The main directions and developments of Program “Metallurgy” for years 2007–2010 are given.
The problem of application of ultrasonic effect on the melt for achievement of controllable influence on micro- and macrostructure of castings of different metals and alloys is reflected.
The possibilities of processing and using of own iron ore raw material in conditions of the Republic of Belarus for production of high-quality grades of steel are examined.
The peculiarities of using of metallized raw material in conditions of steel melting in arc furnaces are shown.
The mathematical model of calculation of metal heating in through-t ype heating and thermal furnaces, using scheme of counter flow heat exchange, is developed.
The results of investigations on gravity die casting with filtered grid in siphon gating system of high-quality zinc anodes billets and on determination of parameters of their hot rolling are given.
Science of materials
The technology of input of rare-earth metals in iron-boron alloy is developed and influence of conditions of input on characteristics of product metal is investigated.
The article offers ecologically harmless heat treatment method for pieces made of black metals. It can override import methods. The water polymer solutions are used like cooling fluid. The traditional heat treatment methods (like cooling in water or oil) and new method are compared in the article. The criterions of cooling can be established by changing solution concentration for different steels. Using the method of electronic scanning microscopy we have studied structure and micro composition of films formed on a heat treated surface.
Principles of a choice of modes of thermal processing of a detail with a coating are considered. As a way of reception hardfasing an alloy, it is offered diffusionaly alloying a carbonaceous wire. The way allows to adjust the content of alloying elements for achievement through hardenability a layer.
The article is dedicated to solving of actual problem on creation of inexpensive alloying materials in the form of composite powders of the steel and cast iron grit waste by means of their diffusion alloying by boron.
The matters of creation and introduction of informational control systems at enterprises are considered. The necessity of using of such systems both for managers and analysts is analyzed. The limitations which are put at working with close research themes are considered additionally.
Economy
The main attention is focused on efficiency of investment of fixed and circulating assets, to what extent their correlation is optimal for financial stability of the enterprise and for choice of enterprise strategy.
