The heating peculiarities of forming of wire slugs of precious alloys at continuous casting in graphite crystallizer are investigated
The results of investigations of physical-mechanical characteristics of cast iron slugs, received by semicontinuos way of casting, at temperatures from 850 up to 1100^ С are given.
The developed technological process of continuously cyclic casting by frosting allows to receive high-quality hollow cylindrical slugs of cast iron for production of critical parts.
The results of investigations on improvement of composition, structure and mechanical characteristics of cast iron at realization of resource-saving technology of melting and graphitizing modification of melts using nontraditional approaches at finishing of metals, coinciding possibilities of high-polymeric combinations to receive high reactivity at their high-temperature utilization and to provide the effect of modification and microalloying, are given.
Hardness, fastness at stretching and impact elasticity of chromous cast-irons of eutectic composition in cast and heat-treated state are studied. The comparative analysis is fulfilled and the possible field of their application is indicated.
The technological process of the cast-iron IChH28H2 alloying by means of insertion into burden composition of briquettes of dead nickel-chromic catalysts is developed. This technology allows to carry out recycling of expensive metals such as nickel, and in that way to decrease the cost price of castings.
Visual scanning of internal surfaces and twisting channels with endo-, bore-, tele- and videoscopes raises technological control and crack detection to the modem level of hardware support of casting and metallurgy technologies.
Analysis of modem state of theoretical and experimental investigations and instrument realization of magnetic control of structure of the articles of ferromagnetic steels and cast irons is carried out. It is shown that many control problems can be solved directly in workshops and laboratories.
Analysis of the factors, determining the economic and energetic efficiency of the aluminium melt storage process at using of furnaces of different types, is presented. The ways of energy-saving at the storing of melt are outlined.
In work studied influence of technological modes of moulding under pressure on an erosion resistance of lubricant courses most frequently used dividing mattings on various sites of foundry fitting-out at manufacture of casts from aluminum alloys.
It is shown that application of zinc antifriction alloys instead of bronze for production of heavy-loaded bearing remains quite actual problem as the cost of zinc is considerably lower than cost of copper.
The influence of thermocyclic processing on structure and running ability such as hardness, wear-resistance and impact elasticity of iron-boron alloys with different quantity of input boron is studied.

It is shown that the developed technology of melting, pouring, rolling allowed to receive cold-shaped reinforcing steel, corresponding to the requirements of Austrian standard ONORM В 4200.
The reasons of brass coating separation at coiling of wire are investigated. It is shown that constant perfection of the investigation methods is one of the ways of achievement of high level quality of the production of RUP “BMZ”
The physical-chemical characteristics of lubrications for dry wiredrawing are examined. The connection of some parameters with quality of both the drawing process and finished wire is shown.
The matters of determination of rational parameters of isolation coverings for heat aggregates, functioning in metallurgical, machine-building and industrial complexes, are examined in the article. Recommendations on choice of geometrical parameters of isolation of complicated form, providing obtaining of energy saving effect at functioning of high-temperature aggregates, are offered.
The main problems of providing of the required accuracy at determination of mass and ways of their solution at RUP '‘BMZ” are examined.

It is shown how information technologies influence on reduction of waste in manufacture of the products of RUP “BMZ”.
The mathematical model of cementation process of the object , situated in three-dimensional temperature field for boundary condition, taking into account function of carbonic potential, is developed. Numerical modeling of carbon distribution in surface coatings of steel object is carried out
The experience of implementation into the electrical steel production technological process of optimization models and logical principles of costs control is shown.
The algorithmic schemas of building of solid models of casting objects in CAD-systems are described. The ways of optimization of the algorithmic schemas constructions for creation of multivariant solid modifications of the object with the purpose of modeling of technological processes are shown.
Algorithms for classification of the steels microstructures allowing to carry out computer processing of pictures with the purpose of quantitative assessment of the structure characteristics, are offered. It is shown, that using of criteria, which are calculated by spatial position and sizes of pixel spots of different brightness as characteristics of microstructure picture, allows to classify microstructures by level of steel graininess.
The critical analysis of some modifications of quasiequilibrium model, which gained ground in computing practice at calculations of ingots consolidation, is carried out. Probability model of crystallization of binary alloy at pouring of steel is offered.
Science of materials
The possibility of determination of dendritic crystals configuration is shown, what in combination with complex of equations of unsteady-state heat conduction and convective diffusion makes universal physical-mathematical basis, allowing to forecast the development of time and area of complex processes.
The methods of determination of optimal temperature of air heating in regulating device of heating and thermal furnaces, functioning in machine-building and metallurgy are given.
Protection of labour
The investigation of sources of environmental pollution with pollutant emissions is carried out. The investigations were carried out on all kinds of pollutant emissions taking into account the applied technological processes.
Experience exchange
It is shown that application of exothermic plugs allows to decrease steel intensity of casting mold, labor intensiveness for trim, expenses for melting of 1 ton of good casting, material expenses for burden materials.
