It is shown that mechanical and metallographic characteristics of rod, rolled at speed 100 and 105 m/sec, correspond to ZTU 840-03-2006.
It is shown that steels microalloyed with chrome can be used in production for making of super- and ultra-high-strength wire.
It is determined that maximal diameter of the wire at drawing through one and the same die corresponds to size of unit squeezing 0,5-1,0%.
The methods of influence on quality of uninterruptedlycasted slug from the point of view of the axial chemical heterogeneity depression are considered, at the same time high emphasis is placed on use of soft squeezing method.
Analytical method is developed and calculations of temperature and thermostressed state at hardening of continuously-casted slab slugs at high-level cooling are carried out on the basis of the equivalent sources method.
The method of calculation of the main technological parameters of the remelt: current intensity and diameter of consumable electrode is developed on the basis of mathematical modeling.
Computer-aided design of foundry production
Optimization mathematical models of evolution of the steel details chemical-thermal treatment are developed. Numerical modeling of distribution for carbon in the surface layers of the object is carried out.
The data of modeling on supercomputer system SKIF of technological process of molds filling by means of computer system 'ProLIT-lc', and also data of modeling of the steel pouring process by means ofTroNRS-lc'are presented. The influence of number of processors of multinuclear computer system SKIF on acceleration and time of modeling of technological processes, connected with production of castings and slugs, is shown.
