On the basis of the drawn card of the hardness values distribution according to the temperature and time parameters of heat treatment of chrome-molybdenic steel it is revealed that required values of hardness are reached at 680–650 °C within 4 hours. It is shown that decrease of hardness occurs due to large quantity of carbides which have changed their morphology.

Laser processing allows to concentrate high level of energy on material surface and the increase of surface hardness can be reached by receiving of uniform fi e-grained structure with impurities of the carbide-containing phases uniformly distributed in matrix. Analysis of properties of H12MF steel after processing by various laser machines was carried out and a number of measures for use of this technology are recommended in the present article.

Data on development of technology of the molybdenum-containing addition alloy production by method of aluminothermic restoration is provided in the article. Influence of conditions of production on quality and metallurgical output of addition alloy is studied. The received addition alloys were tested in industrial conditions at smelting of the low-alloyed steel 35HML and the received results confirmed efficiency of application of the developed addition alloy.

Influence of modes of vacuum spatter of strengthening coverings (in particular titanium nitride) on steel samples and magnetic-pulse processing of these coverings on durability of adhesive bindings of the applied covering with bottom layer (steel sample) is studied. The technology of production of porous powder materials with frame structure on the basis of spherical particles of titan powder by means of applying on them technological coverings (Si + Mo) + C with the thickness up to 2 mm is developed.
