CAD foundry
The method of probability calculation of fomation of the longitudinal cracks, formed at pouring of steel in round ingot, poured at MNLZ-1, which allows to take into account the peculiarities of plastic deformation of slug, is offered.
The computer system “Prolit-lC”, intended for modeling of the casting molds filling process, in which cluster technologies of super-computer SKIF calculations are situated, is considered. The possibilities of software “Prolit-lC” are illustrated at the example of the industrial castings, produced in foundry.

It is shown that the main task of experimental investigations of the chemically modified compounds was determination of influence of their components on exploitation characteristics of binding agent.
The effective method of them al processing of castiron chips, which provides high speed of the process and lowering of specific power inputs, is developed.
The possibility of using of ultrasonic vibrations for receiving of composite materials of immiscible in liquid state metals (“Frozen” emulsions) is analyzed.
The structure, mechanical characteristics and cavitation resistance of secondary silumins after refining and combined refiner-modificating processing is investigated. The improvement of mechanical characteristics and cavitation resistance as a result of the structure decomposition is received.
The influence of different ways of refining of the m et processing for hermiticity of alloy AK7ch is investigated.
Тhe carried out investigations showed prospects of complex processing of copper-containing slags.
Electric schemes of replacement of slag bath at electroslag process with application of solid and ring electrodes are viewed. Flux fo r production of bimetal castings out of cast-iron — tin bronze has been developed.
The correlation dependence between hardness of castings of high-duty cast irons and grey irons, contents of pearlite in metallic mould of high-duty cast iron and parameters CrH of remanent magnetic induction field over surface of castings after magnetization with constant magnet, is determined and analyzed
The peculiarities of physical-optical conversions in visual control of internal surfaces of castings and molds using lightguiding, video and optoelectronic technique are examined.

The process of production of cast zirconium cathodes by means of electron-beam metal remelting in vacuum environment by method of successful forming of casting in water-cooled chill is examined.
