Message 1
There are given the theoretical bases and methods of solution of the physico-mathematical model of radiation heat transmission in furnaces taking into account the geometry of steel slugs.
Message 2.
There are given the methods of calculation of spectral coefficient of furnace medium absorbing taking into account the geometry of steel slugs.
In the articles there are presented two systems of vector asynchronous electric drives, invariant to vibrating load moment:
1) the traditional x-network of rectification in direct current element is used, and also the positive back coupling on oscillating term of load moment is embedded for guarantee of invariance;
2) in the direct current element there is applied active rectifier, and for guarantee of invariance there is used the positive back coupling on full load moment.
The presented in the article arguments prove advantage of the second system over the first one.
In the article there is shown that at measuring of deformation characteristics using strain gage the high accuracy is provided, which complies with requirements of testing standards.
The trial approbation of the various technological circuits rolling-draged, has shown, that most efficient in conditions of rolling laboratory of Institute of black metallurgy is the technological circuit calibring of tapes with use of a priciple of constant width in a combination to transitions in vertical rolls for prevention current of metal in backlashes of calibre and formation lateral salvage.
The problem of the mathematic modeling of the mass transfer processes in liquid metal in conditions of its degassing by complex vacuum influence on melt, of blowout with inert gas and of electrostatic field is discussed. New data — phenomenon of “electrodynamic induction” is attracted for arrangement of boundary condition on the surface vacuum-moving metal”
The possibilities of testing Centre of State national University of powder metallurgy in using of different methods and devices at analytical control of production are shown. On the basis of long-term working experience of testing Centre there are given recommendations to the works laboratories on using of spectral methods on definition of elementary composition of different classes materials.
CAD foundry
The results of computer calculations of the stresses, generated in outside layer of ingot of steel 20 of circular section with diameter 300 mm, in application to one of the industrial technological schemas of RUP “BMZ”, are presented. The segments of compressive and tensile stresses formation along the length of ingot are determined and the principal possibility of production of continuously cast slug of circular section at circular-torch spray cooling is shown.
The correlation of electrons number on the outside atoms shell of alloying elements and energy of alloy activation, calculated on the basis of Kolmogorsk model of crystallization, is shown. The data is analyzed on the basis of electronic model of donor-acceptor interaction of atoms and fact of heredity of cast alloys.
Modeling of the process of dissolving of powder carbon containing materials of various breakup in melt under effect of argon
The main factors of the processes of the carbon dissolving in iron melts are analyzed on the basis of different physical-chemical approaches. The calculations of parameters of the dissolving processes of powders of different fractional structure in iron melts are carried out.
Foundry
The article is dedicated to comparative analysis of the well-known methods of automatic quality control of agglutinant sands in process of their preparation and to the problems of automation control of the mix preparation processes.
In the article the authors offer original methods of experimental investigation of electrophysical characteristics °f different agglutinant sands, used in foundry. Analysis of these characteristics, knowledge of their interconnections with composition of agglutinant sands allows to develop the most effective and safe systems of quality control and management of the mix preparation and forming processes.
In the article there are analyzed the different ways of thermal treatment and melting of polydisperse materials and there are presented the developed by authors original coaxial-cylinder furnace settings, allowing to increase considerably the efficiency and productivity of technological process.
The possibilities of application of cold-hardening mixtures with different gums in conditions of Uralvagonzavod are examined.
In the article there are examined the questions of optimization by means of mathematic modeling of the processes of blending and mixing of ceramic sialon powders, as particles sizes, their allocation and composition determine solidity and efficiency of ceramics.
In the article there is presented the procedure of cast quality control on the basis of concept TQM and analysis of influence of technological, constructive and system factors, and also by examples shown the importance of accounting of system factors in conditions of castings production.
The problems of structure-and defectoscopy of cast irons by supersonic method are examined. The new principle schemas of ultrasonic measurings, constructions of acoustic transformers are presented and their analysis is carried out. The results of investigation of influence of graphite form on speed of ultrasound are given and also some peculiarities the surface und subsurface faults reveal by shadow way.
The methods and means of visual control of the hard-to-reach channels of castings and moulds on the basis of light-guiding systems of the optical pictures visualization are analyzed. The constructions and technical characteristics of hard and flexible endoscopes for control of basic profilecomposite parts are given.
In this article there was investigated the influence of porosity and temperature change on heat condition and electrical resistance of porous iron (PZh4M) nickel and steel 14X17H2. There are received the adequate equations of regression, establishing connection between heat conduction and electrical resistance of the investigated materials with their porosity and temperature.
Science of materials
The comparative analysis of operation characteristics of cold heading female moulds, produced from steels P6M5 and X12M, in relation with their structure and stressed state, is carried out.
There are given the results of theoretical and experimental investigations on determination of actual value of widening and the side surfase line of end sections of spring ingot of variable thickness to auxiliaries. There is shown up that, it is possible to change the geometry of the bar side line after rolling, modifying by the parameters of the initial side line of bar.
Ecology
The estimation of environmental safety of Belarus is given. The data on pollutant emissions into atmosphere is given. It is determined, that the united scientifically proved approach to estimation of state both of ecosystem and its components is necessary.
