There is worked out the complex (through) technology of production of high-quality ball bearing steel and proved the possibility of slugs production of square 125x125 mm and round section with diameter 130 mm, 115 mm and 90 mm in conditions of RUP '‘Belarussian metallurgical works”.
There are given the results of calculation of the ingots crystal structure and continuously cast slugs indexes during the procedure of solidification (of the metal stay duration in two-phase state, of the dendritic nucleus size and medium size of iron sulfide), based on using of the experimental and theoretical methods.
There are given the examples of the tasks solutions about thermal stresses in ingots and slugs of simple form taking into account the effect of heightening and relaxation of stresses at elevated temperatures.
There is carried out the analysis of the existing technologies of “soft squeezing” in terms of operating machines of continuously casting of slugs. There are intended the ways of reconstruction of MNLZ-3, functioning in conditions of the Belarussian metallurgical works, with the purpose of realization of the dynamic soft squeezing method.
There is worked out and solved the physical-chemical model of forecasting of carbon contents in furnace at production of qualitative liquid semi-product.
There is presented the review of constructions of the heating furnaces regenerative heating systems. The calculated analysis of different factors influence on air heating temperature and hydraulic resistance of checker is carried out with the help of the mathematical model. There is given the construction of chamber furnace with checkers from corundum balls for heating of titanium alloys, which is incorporated in VSMPO.
There is given the analysis of the task solution of counterflow heat exchange at heating of solids of classic form taking into account non-linearities of I and II type. As a mathematical apparatus there is used “the method of equivalent sources of energy”.
In the article there is examined the question of application of the conformal images mathematical apparatus at calculations of solidification processes of casts and ingots. There is given the example of calculation of Tshaped casting in the presence of outer coolers.
There are examined the peculiarities of the process of spiral winding for production of steel piston rings at using of new constructions of spiral-winding mashine-tools, working on one-thrust and two-thrust schemas of winding.
The analysis of deferent types of composite materials has been performed. On this base the more suitable composite materials for conditions of BMZ have been chosen.

On the basis of finite-difference mathematical model for calculation of thermal field of pipe cylindrical continuous casting there is investigated the dispensing of heat flows in lengthwise and radial direction of casting.
There is presented the method of non-contact of the hardening processes of thin-walled cast iron wares.
There is given the analysis of the possibility of change of aluminium piston alloys by high-duty cast iron with globular or vermicular form of graphite.
The aim of the carried out investigation is the searching of chill molds material for casting of copper and bronzes, possessing the best heat resistance in conditions of high temperatures and thermal blows.
There is shown, that the maximal effect from application of additives FS75, FS30RMZ, AK15RZM15 is achieved in the first 7-5 sec. after assimilation of adding (0,05 — 0,20% substance of liquid) by the melt SCh.
With the help of the methods of mathematical planning of the experiment there are conducted the tests on optimization of the composition and characteristics of the economically alloyed cast iron for muffs. There is studied the influence of alloying elements Си, Ni, Cr, V, В, Mg, Ti on the muffs solidity. There are received the mathematical adequate equations, which allowed to optimize the cast composition and solidity. On the basis of these results there are worked out the technology of muffs production and approved at LLMZ.

In the article there is described the mathematical model of horizontal continuous casting of zinc stripe. There are presented the results of numerical investigations.
On the basis of summarizing of statistics there is developed the methods of calculation of pollutants discharge into ambient air at heat processing of metals.
There are given the investigations results of optimization of alloy chemistry for transition zone of bimetallic casts, consisted of steel 45 and steels of 5X3V3MFS, 3X2V8F type. This work is carried out using the simplex-checker method of the mathematical planning of the experiment.
In the offered work there are presented the investigations of impact elasticity of experimental samples of cast material, which may be used for production of articles, working in conditions of abrasive and hydroabrasive damage conjugated with impingement attacks. There is studied fractures pattern of cast samples with different boron content, and also additives of rare-earth metals. There are determined the types of the modifying agents, most efficiently affecting on such feature as resistance to brittle failure of the developed alloys.
