There are carried out the computer calculations of the speed fields and time characteristics of the aluminium melt stream in the three-dimensional form, received on the basis of the sand-clay mixtures. There are presented the experimental results of the time characteristics of the moving melt, received with the help of micro-controller timing device. There is carried out the comparative analysis of the experimental and design data for different variants of the space network of the computer system “ProLit-1”.
There are carried out the computer calculations of the stresses, arising because of the mechanical and thermal gradients in industrial ingots, with the help of the system ‘TroNRS-2”. For the ingot of size 250x300, produced at BMZ, there are presented dependences of compression and tensile stresses along the whole length of ingot. On the basis of the carried out computer calculations of the three-dimensional ingot there is shown, that in the areas of secondary cooling the thermal stresses dominate over mechanical ones, and in the area of rectification there is observed the converse tendency.
In the article there is described the mathematical model of the forming process of the armored chlorine copper belt at continuous casting into rolling crystallizer, and also given the appropriate packet of programs.

There is shown, that using of the intelligent industrial property (IIP) gives high economic effect.
It is determined, that there exists direct relationship between the mechanism of the cover fastness forming and the mechanism of the mold core fastness forming. The methods of investigations of the physico-mechanical characteristics of polyurethane fdms can be used for study of characteristics of the binding materials of the Coldbox-amin system.
In the result of the multiple-factor experiment on the determination of strength characteristics of sticks of the system Cold-box-amin there is justified the possibility of reducing of negative influence of several factors of the process due to changing of the controlled parameters of the process.
There is shown the expediency of using in the composition of sandy-clay mixtures of the compound systems, including bentonite binding material and special additives, providing the required characteristics of mixtures.
Using of powder materials in casting by investment patterns allowed to receive the porous extracting models with high thermal stability, quality of surface, to reduce considerably spoilage of shell forms and to produce founding from metal discards, what considerably reduces the cost of the output goods.

The present investigation is being carried out with the purpose of searching of ways of the relatively cheap fullerens production in the line of investigation of the mechanism and checking of possible nucleation of the fullerit, built from molecules C60.
There is worked out and incorporated the calculation algorithm and packet of application programs for control of characteristics and structure of hypoeutectic gray cast iron of cupola heat (rough and low-alloyed) by means of optimization of the mixture components, chemical composition of alloy and its modification and microalloying.
In the real conditions of casting houses there is developed the technology of temperature raise of synthetic or half-synthetic hypoeutectic gray cast iron of cupola heat by 1525 C at insertion into bowl of 0,25% exothermal additive (EA), consisting of aluminium with iron oxide in proportion 1:3. At that there is guaranteed the production of the high quality castings with characteristics not below SCh20, solidity not higher of 229 HB, absence of spoilage on blow-holes and chills in thin cuts.
There is shown, that using of silicon-free complex hardeners (SCH) improves both mechanical and foundry characteristics of steel.
There is shown, that complex alloy, containing titan, aluminium, chrome, nickel and others, is rather an effective additive to cast iron, providing the production of high-quality cast iron without complication of the technological process.
There are offered nomographic charts for calculation and adjustment of mixture at casting of gray and white cast iron in cupola furnaces. The nomographic charts allow to reduce calculations of mixtures, to facilitate the receiving of the intended chemical composition, to forecast the receiving of the necessary content of carbon in white cast iron for provision of the normal foundry goods annealing.
In the offered work there have been carried out the wear resistant tests of the cast materials experimental samples in conditions of friction at contact with steel and abrasive riders, conjugated with impingement attacks.

Automatic design system of metallurgical processes
On the basis of the system “ProNRS-2'' there are carried out the computer calculations of tensile and compressive stresses along the length of the ingot of size 250x300 mm for the group of industrial steels. There is received the information about the stresses in ingots from the steel 40X, 70K, 2C45, 20C45, 20XH3A. There is shown, that the highest level of tensile stresses is observed for the ingot from the steel 40X, and the lowest — for the ingot from the steel 70K.

Іп the article there is given the analysis of the\ technology of melting and out-offumace processing with the purpose of receiving the high-quality metal production. There is shown, that the existing technology of the steelmaking in conditions of RUP ”Belorussianmetallurgical works ” is directed on creation of scientific sorts of steel with the minimally possible presence of detrimental impurities: sulfur and phosphorus.
On the basis of the method of finite elements there are solved the problems for calculation of temperature fields of the pacing beams riders and thermal stresses in the continuous cast slugs taking into account cooling of the lower part of slugs at heating in the furnaces of modem construction (with pacing beams).
There are examined the main directions of investigations\ in the field of the theory and technology of continuous rolling of the rolled section and rolled wire. There is shown, that investigations and development works are directed at solution of actual problems in the field of the section rolling production — economization of its production, providing competitiveness of rolled metal in the home and foreign market due to reduction of energy and material costs.
There is developed the program of calculation of the endless sorted rolling parameters, which is easy adapted for analysis of rolling conditions at section mills of different types with different design-structured composition of the main technological equipment In the mathematical model of the process of the endless sorted rolling, put into basis of this program, there is taken into account more strongly the changing of the temperature field of breakdown bar along the length of the mill and its influence on changing of the stress liquidity in the mill cages and in its intercage spaces.
With using of the method of equivalent sources there is received for the first time the solution of the problem of heat conduction and thermoelasticity at heating of prismatic slugs in the regime of countercurrent convective heat exchange.
