There are given expressions for determination of dependence of the structural-sensitive properties of liquid steel (viscosity, denseness, surface tension, heat conduction and others) on temperature, and also on contents of impurity elements, in particular, on deoxidizers elements, being used at discharging of metal out furnace into bowl.
There is developed the model of calculation of the material melting balance in the arc steel-making furnace, allowing to determine mass of liquid steel of fluid melting in furnace, mass of liquid metal in a bowl after its discharging out of furnace and of predictive “marsh " after each carried out melting.
At using of method of equivalent sources and theory of thermoelasticity there is carried out the comparative analyses of values of thermal tensions at heating of prismatic slug and cylindrical slug with equivalent radius.
There is received for the first time solution of the problem of nonlinear thermomechanics (heat conduction and thermoelasticity) for the case of heating of cylinder ingots in the counter-current regime. Analysis of the received solution allowed to establish more low level of thermo-stressed state of ingots in contra-flow as compared with direct-flow.

CAD foundry
There are offered the models and algorithms for solution of the technological tasks, connected with optimization of the melts stream processes in gating systems and also for optimization of the process of the industrial details thermal treatment. The algorithms are based on using of design functions of distribution of the object elements on temperatures, speeds, tensile and compressive stresses, received in computer systems “ProLit” and “Pro Therm”.
There is presented the model and computer calculations on numerical simulation of temperatures in the ingot, moving in the furnace, consisted of three thermal zones. There is received the distribution of the ingot temperatures for different speeds of its moving in the furnace.
There is presented the structured schema of the packet “Pro Lit-1” for modeling of the cooling melt stream process. There are presented the comparative data on characteristics of temperature and speeds for test objects, received with the help of the program “Pro Lit-1” and «LVMFlow».
In the article there is given data base of the steel materials and program cover for its filling and work. Data base contains information about thermalphysic of steel and also thermo-kinetic drawings and is part of the program complex ThermoSim, intended for modeling, diagnostics and optimization of the thermotreatment processes of the details of instrument- making and machine-building.

There is shown that using of the compound connecting system allows to carry out not only receiving of the stable material but to provide equal distribution along the whole mixture volume of all components, forming part of a compound, as well.
There is shown that the created on MAZ technology and equipment of thermal processing of grit at induction heating allows to regulate the temperature of processing and to provide the solidity of grid in the specified interval taking into account the changing of the chemical composition.
There is developed the technology of remelting of the wolfram-containing die steels discards in induction furnaces and continuous cast of ingots for press-forging engine at the mount of vertical type.
The received steel has the increased and stable impact elasticity^ good weldability and can be recommended for production of moulded pieces of specially critical assignment, being exploited in conditions of heavy loading at high impact and cyclic loads.
Тhе results, given in the article, are an evidence of a prospect of application of ligature AKTse at production of castings from steel 45 L for tractors MTZ-1221.
There are examined the peculiarities of the technology of production cast permeable materials and aluminium articles and alloys using washing out salt filters. There is studied the penetrability of the received materials.
There is shown, that electroslag casting has considerable superiority over the metal of open melting and small discrepancies with respect to the forged metal properties.

Surface structural transformations during the dry friction in macroheterogeneous composite materials have been studied. It has been shown that these transformation were similar for the low- and high- velocity friction conditions.

In the article there is examined the influence of loading speed, and also of the dynamic parameters of the hydraulic testing presser and inflexibility of the test sample on the results of statistic examinations of road fitment on compression.
