Influence of temperature and time factors on ladle inoculation effect of cast iron is investigated. It is shown that stability of inoculation effect in conditions of continuous soak is interrelated with activity of nucleating centres and character of metallurgical reactions running in time
The author presents the procedure of working out of a mathematic model of forming gas shrinkage porosity in castings of cast iron with globular graphite

Ecology
On the basis of numerical simulation of heat-and- mass transfer dependencies of mass-transfer characteristics of αϒ and αΩ sorption system at varying machine parameters are received.
On the basis of numerical simulation a common choice of estimated dependencies for definition of dispersion coefficient is made. Simulation is made with account of temperature dependence of dispersion coefficient and of sorbite desorption heat. In the numerical experiment the direct-axis of mixing was not taken into account because horizontal gradients are one degree higher in devices of such type than in vertical ones.
