Foundry

9-12 233
Abstract
А brief analysis of modem technological processes of mass core production is given. Are outlined the main advantages of cold-box-amin process.
13-14 239
Abstract

Is determined an optimal composition of a high content Br alloy with good technological and mechanical characteristics for its use in casting production.

15-17 252
Abstract

Is determined an optimal composition of a high content Br alloy with good technological and mechanical characteristics for its use in casting production.

18 265
Abstract

Are presented the elaborated compositions of self-hardening anti-sticking sand coatings with high thermal resistance for foundry moulds and cores for production of cast iron castings.

19-21 207
Abstract

The authors present the promotion of pipeline CAD/CAE systems to be used in the foundry production based upon the experience, obtained from modelling a similar system at PA Minsk Tractor Works.

23-25 344
Abstract

А new mechanism of efficient innoculation of cast iron by bismuth is proposed.

26-30 1330
Abstract

Is elaborated а composite material based on reactional connected silicon nitride for refractory crucibles.

31-33 1795
Abstract

Are given the investigation results on the influence of dynamic charge upon properties of Al alloys.

34 252
Abstract

The article considers the problems of cleaning emissions of organic compounds at the castings painting department and suggests the optimal variant with the use of the catalytic adsorption method on the basis of ceolite containing composite materials. It is marked that the developed schematic diagram of cleaning can also be used for cleaning emissions at core sections.

35-36 237
Abstract

Is depicted а pilot scale chemical plant and the process of gas effluents from foundry shops by the catalyzation on the tceolit reagents.

42-45 255
Abstract

Are studied features of graphite formation while melting cast iron and in castings 25 mm and 40 mm diameters. A new mechanism of graphitising innoculation is investigated.

Metallurgy

46-53 1050
Abstract

Are investigated production, structure and properties of mecanically alloyed dispersionally strengthened copper based materials for contact welding electrodes.

54-57 227
Abstract
Are examined methodes and tools for the non-destructive quality control of metallurgical products elaborated in the Institute of Applied Physics of Belarussian National Academy of Science.

Production news

58-59 210
Abstract
Operation of foundry cupolas without availability of lining in melting zone ensures savings in refractory materials and a better melting process.
